cant buy nothing because it says error

Hello Giovanny, by your description and image you are trying to make the purchase through the console, I don't know how many attempts to purchase you have made, but as the purchase process on the Xbox platform is completely automatic and this error message is appearing, the ideal thing is to wait between 24 48 hours for a new attempt and also try to make the purchase through the Xbox website in a normal PC browser.

Note: if you have made more than 3 attempts, do not try to do more, as the system may block your account for security purchases.

I cant buy any movies on xbox video because it says im in the wrong region but im not nothing has changed I live in same place this happened three days ago and still going on spoke to xbox on the phone and they cant figure it out

i have the same issue with most wanted , i wait 21 days for microsoft to fix ,but they dont know nothing, cant help nobody with solution to play a game purchased, the only solution they can say its refund refund refund. If i buy the game i buy to play
not to ask money back. Today i ask refund because i was tired to try everyday and give me same error. so better if dont work ask refund, they cant fix a game dont work from start when you buy it on marketplace.

i cant buy it on xbox.com because im only 17, before any of you say "buy it from here"
