Can't buy movies, getting error purchase-1014

I recetly tried to buy the austin powers trilogy on vudu but after the purchase I got this

Looked up the error code but all I get are network issue support codes but my connection is fine. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

My billing history says that I have been refunded so atleast I have that going for me, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I keep getting this error everytime i try and buy content (movie) online using my microsoft account currency, but i have not spent anything to date - this is my very first purchase.

 

MS Movies & TV Issue

I am attempting to purchase a movie or TV show through the MS Movies & TV app on Xbox One. Keep getting error codes every time I try to purchase a Rental or Buy a Movie outright. Yet I have no problem purchasing games, add-ons, or anything else at Xbox One
store.. It's just the MS Movies & TV app that is not allowing me to purchase anything. Any ideas why that might be or what I'm doing wrong?
