    Can't buy Live Gold. Can't get anything set-up.


    I am setting up a new XBOX One. it wont let me purchase a Gold subscription and I cant get a kids account setup. It says I need a kids email (for a small child, which I set up, but it won't let me in the account until I pay the 50 cents. I can't pay the
    fee because it won't take any of my CCards.) I put in the error code, and the site cant figure out the code.

    Online support was useless. They said I need to verify the kids account (He stated i should have reviewed some document hidden in the support files....unbelievable). I then go to verify the kids account and they wont do anything until I pay the 50 cents.
    AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.

    I then tried to talk to someone. I called and when they called me back, they put me on-hold! Then it just hung up on me.

    Gold subscription is a similar circular runaround to no avail.

    I have spend hours on this useless POS. Someone call me ASAP or I am getting a different system.

    Can I share my Gold account?

    You can't share a gold membership between accounts.You would have to buy another gold membership if you want to set up another xbox live profile.

    Yes there is an issue with the payments / subscriptions I suspect . I am trying to buy gold but it is saying the problem is their end and to wait . I am getting the same issue on my other Xbox when I enter the purchase screen also
