    So I'm glad that I was able to get all of the DLC but I still wasn't able to get the equalizer pack....so lame. As soon as this started happening and I noticed that other DLC's were giving other people issues, I installed ME3 on my Xbox 1 and DL'ed all the
    DLC available, minus the multiplayer stuff, I don't have LIVE and prefer the solo stuff anyway...

    I've been getting this issue as well, although instead of the error code 80153003 I get "There are no items available for purchase at this time". Very strange, never gotten anything like this before.

    Also, I contacted EA Support and the rep said that since I played on an Xbox, that they couldn't help me, and that if I had played on PC he could have helped me. Never mentioned anything about a licensing issue or anything of the sort.

    I'm in the US if it helps at all, east coast to be specific. Tried buying them through the in game market, and they didn't even seem to exist on the marketplace on my 360. Shadow Broker did, however, show up on the Marketplace on my computer, but it showed
    it was only available for Xbox One. Really hope there isn't any cutting out 360 users since its now available on the next gen. Really want to replay the series before Andromeda, hope this gets resolved soon.

    DLC worth it?

    Story-based dlc in order of quality (IMO):

    1. Lair of the Shadow Broker
    2. Kasumi: Stolen Memories
    3. Overlord
    4. Arrival

    Although they can all be played after you complete the game, I would definitely get them before you start your playthrough.



    Other dlc worth getting would be the Firepower pack.

    The Kasumi DLC is now back on the store :D. I was just able to buy, download and access it in-game. The rest are still missing, let's hope that they will follow shortly, especially SHADOW BROKER!

    I contacted EA Support and they said that all three of these DLCs are no longer available to download, even though Lair and Overlord still appear in the Xbox Marketplace and Kasumi doesn't. But they also said that Arrival isn't available either, even though
    I just downloaded it, so...
    Man, that really sucks.
