Can't buy in game currency

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Are you still having issues making in-game purchases? If so, you may want to reach out to your local
phone/chat support teams for help. They can take a look at your account/billing status and make sure that everything is in order. We can't dig in too close because we're public facing.

Make sure that the country of the website (or the console's country settings) match the country of your payment method.

For example, if you are in the United Kingdom, make sure your console is set to United Kingdom, and that the country in the lower left corner of the website also shows United Kingdom. Sometimes the website defaults to the locale of United States of America,
and you can't buy stuff with an UK payment method, resulting in that message.

Also go to
https://account.microsoft.com and check your billing information and order history, if there are unpaid purchases or expired credit cards on file.

First make sure your credit card if you using it is working well ,

make sure the store you buying from is support your region , if all good and still not working for you!!

try to buy the game from the xbox website it self it should work from there

Hey mate, I can't find a link that lays it out, but basically MS currency is locked to the region you buy them in so if you were to buy him points/ms currency make sure they are for the US region and not Canada.
