    Hello, I'm having a little trouble with my Xbox live gold. Everytime I try to but it says that something went wrong, it started like 4 days ago. I don't know what I should do, maybe you guys have any ideas?

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It's never been possible to use Microsoft currency to purchase gold since that system is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    why you can just turn off auto renewell and pay for the 1 month. they are both microsoft products so they should go hand in hand , well now what? i cant get refunded or anything.

    Hi there you must contact support to get this issue resolved as i think you need to pay the balance with a card, if not try paying your balance with paypal hope this helps
