Can´t buy games

Discus and support Can´t buy games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have my two credit cards registered, and they work, but everytime I try to buy something, xbox won´t let me and it tells me to try another payment...     Can´t buy games


    I have my two credit cards registered, and they work, but everytime I try to buy something, xbox won´t let me and it tells me to try another payment method. I´m getting really frustrated, what can I do?

    Why are Xbox 360 Families being penalized?

    Nobody is forcing you to buy anything,if you can`t afford the luxury item,which all games consoles are,don`t buy one.

    I think that you should try and contact your bank and make sure you have no restrictions applied. Just in case.

    I had one credit card that had default restrictions on pretty much everywhere on the internet except the most common like Amazon, Paypal, Netlifx. I had to make them free this restriction in order to be able to make payments on Microsoft or Xbox Store.

    I think that you should try and contact your bank and make sure you have no restrictions applied. Just in case.

    yes i understand but in store i can,t buy with iDeal and i can,t buy Gift Cards also with iDeal, so i must buy anywere outside Microsoft, why they do that i dont know, maybe they wont have my 100 euro for the game.
