    Can't buy Games from Xbox Marketplace (living outside the US)


    Hi Guys,

    I would love to buy Castlevania: SOTN for my Xbox One. It's available from as Xbox Arcade Game from the Xbox Marketplace. The problem is, when I want to pay for the game I get the error message: "You have no valid payment options on file."
    I can't change the payment options ether because billing contact information is locked to the US region. I live in Germany and have a german credit card and address. Is it possible to buy Xbox 360 games in other countries than the US? How do
    I do it?

    Trouble with NTFS/PAL

    I bought a xbox 360 in Canada. Now I'm living in Spain. I Know i can't buy games in Spain because of region (PAL) soooo I decided buy them in MArketplace. When I tried buy and download some game...A message come! Region problem!! eeeeyy This is internet!!!
    I can download stuff from anywhere!! I asked to xbox 360 support and the only solution.... Buy another xbox 360! That is not a solution, is a JOKE!!!!! And YES I will buy another console, and believe me, It won't be from microsoft Can't buy Games from Xbox Marketplace (living outside the US) :)

    Your xbox live credit can only be used to buy items from the xbox live marketplace.

    The Microsoft store is seperate from that which is why you can't use your credit to buy things from there.

    We can't assist you finding currency outside of your own region. You should only be buying from your own region. Buying outside is considered marketplace theft and can result in you being banned.

    Are you trying to buy the Map Pack from the in game store? Or are you trying to buy it from the Xbox Live Marketplace? If you're trying to buy it from the Xbox Live Marketplace, I suggest trying to buy it from the in game store (and vice versa).
