    Hi peeps

    I am trying trying to buy games, Ark to be exact. But I keep getting an error that says:

    "Try that again

    Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

    PI-InternalServerError

    x7HObub4MUSZa9o7.3.26.10.14"

    It's been saying the same thing the past 2 weeks now. I do have a xbox live subscription active and also have tried a hard reset.

    Any help will be appreciated

    Tried to buy some games but "can't authorize the selected payment option. please select a different payment option or add a new one or check if the bill adress is correct" I checked everything, xbox live status is alright, my bill adress is correct,
    talked with someone of my bank and still nothing. also cheked with another credit card and still nothing. I bought a game days ago, how is this possible? :/ pls help and thanks

    If you're trying to buy a 360 game, the purchase would need to be made through a 360 console in order to use the funds on your account.

    Did you select account funds as your payment option when purchasing? Also you will need a debit/credit card on file as well, for back up payment option.
