Can you guys please help me out. I don't understand what the issue is, and what can I do to solve the issue?

Are you able to log into
account.microsoft.com and see that all your billing and card info is enter in there correctly?

Are you able to search xbox.com and try to purchase the item from the website? If it is a game once you purchase on the website it will appear in your ready to install list.

I have the same problem when I am going to purchase a game on Xbox store and Microsoft store. It stucks at the payment option loading screen. I contacted with customer service and tried different ways, but the problem cannot be fixed. Is it a Microsoft store

I guess that problem appeared after August update so now your billing info MUST match your Region in my case it was Russia but now when I trying to purchase I get error message with mentioning "cross region issue" I'm couldn't imagine who was so stupid to
make such decision and lost all this revenue from all these countries without official XBOX presence. Hope he will be fired soon
