Can't buy Game Pass for PC on Xbox (beta)

So yeah can't buy it, when i try to add my payment option as credit card it says my region is set to United States even tho i changed it to Lithuania also sadly I can't buy with paypal account because it's not supported for my region i guess because i
get this error code CVClvBZoXw27N+9r6vEfrv.20

If i understand the problem, you want to buy them both an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play on their respective PC's ? Buy an Xbox Game Pass PC sub for each or a Ultimate Game Pass. Log their account on Xbox beta app on PC and buy them the correct sub.
Or use xbox.com with their account correctly sign in and buy them Xbox Game Pass for PC.

You might've bought the console version of game pass which is not compatible with pc. To use game pass on pc, you either need to buy the pc version, or game pass ultimate

this could be related to the fact that Lithuania isn't a supported country for Xbox Live according to this link:

I have the same problem as well. Every time i try to buy the pass, it shows a different error code "iotaISmnijMLgUkEewTuJk.11". I would like to buy it since it ends tomorrow, by the time that
i'm posting this.

The game pass has an option to buy games through the beta app on PC but it honestly could go either way on whether it would let you play them on PC without the game pass.
