Cant buy game on Microsoft Store

Please proceed to do a power cycle to fix the issue

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

Also to add - I have baught minecraft on the Microsoft store, but I cant buy the game pass on the pc xbox store

The store recently had an update as well.

Go to manage games and apps and see if you have an uninstalled update for the store.

Here are the troubleshooting steps to perform which will help in making your purchase successful:

Please set your PC region to the same region of your account in order for both regions to align and allow you to complete a purchase online.

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Under Country or region, select your new region.

And then remove and then re-add the card back to your account in order for it to refresh.

Next is to double-check if the card has enough funds to complete the purchase.

If incase that after performing these steps the issue persist, kindly give it 24 hours before trying to complete your purchase again in order for all the failed attempts of purchases to refresh and should enable you to complete the next purchase on the account.
