Can't buy game DLC - infinite loading after confirming the payment

Hello,

Today I have bought Asura's Wrath game. I have installed the game on my Xbox One X and it is working fine.

However, I would like to buy the game's DLCs. I can't find them while searching in store in my Xbox console. Why can't I find the DLCs?

But they are visible in Xbox Marketplace in my web browser on my PC. When I try to buy them, payment confirmation window is shown. I confirm the payment and then rotating green circle shows up. And nothing else happens, this loading circle is still rotating
and nothing changes. No money is charged.

My region is set to Poland and I am currently in Poland.

What should I do? I have tried to buy the DLC on my PC web browser, on my Android phone web browser and web browser on Xbox One X console, but this problem is always happening.

Ok, problem solved!

You have to use Xbox 360 to buy the DLCs.

While searching for the answer on the Interner, I have stumbled upon another two people with the same problem. And those people also were from Poland.

The idea to use Xbox 360 to buy the DLCs was given by Carlo from Microsoft support. Marketplace website has some problems. I have logged in on my friend's Xbox 360 and thanks to this I was able to buy the DLCs.

When you mean "searching" are you looking for the game you'd like to purchase add-ons for before hand? If not search for the game scroll down and find "add ons" all the DLCS should be under there. I'm not sure you can search for a specific DLC unless it's
a huge expansion for the game.

Yes, using Xbox One console I first search for Asura's Wrath game and then scroll down, but there is no "add ons" section. When i look at other games, e.g. Assasin's Creed Origins or The Witcher 3, all available DLCs are visible in "add ons" section. But
on Asura's Wrath's game page, there are no DLCs visible. You might think that, well, there just aren't any DLCs for this game. But look at this page:

There are five add ons available!

My problem is not that I can not find these DLCs. My problem is that I can not buy these. The green loading circle is rotating eternally.

Hmm, I didn't think about it. How can I be sure if an add on is available in my region? In the link I provided I can see all the add ons, so I think they are available, but I can not be 100% sure. Maybe they are visible because of an error of some kind?
