    Can't buy from Xbox store


    I recently shifted fronm the US to India with my Xbox 360. When I tried to downloads a game from the Xbox store on my console, it told me to add a payment option, but only provided for US credit cards. I added my Indian credit cards from the Microsoft website,
    but that did not reflect on the console. Help!

    can't buy game from Xbox store

    I tried buying games from the Xbox store but it wouldn't let me use my debit card...I called my bank and there is nothing wrong with my card so I don't understand how come I can't buy anything... I've used that card before to buy games from the store...
    Please fix this problem

    Hi,

    I've had this issue a couple of times and it's usually one of the following:

    • A problem from Microsoft's end, Xbox Live might be having some issues in which case you should check

      here       to make sure all services are up and if they are, wait for a bit before trying again.
    • Problems with your payment processor. It could be anything from insufficient funds at your bank to just network issues on their end.
    • If you have an outstanding payment on your account; so for example, if Xbox Live Gold is supposed to auto-renew today and the payment couldn't go through, unless you clear that payment you won't be able to purchase anything on the Xbox Store.
    • Try using another device. Sometimes I'm able to purchase stuff from the Xbox App on my phone but not on my Xbox One S or vice-versa. So try purchasing from your computer, the Microsoft store website or somewhere else and see if the issue persists.

    I tried everything. I have a 2 y subs for xbox live and I want to get the offer with 2 month at 2$ for UGP.

    I can't pay with my Microsoft credit or my credit card or my paypal. nothing works.

    Check your current registered payment options. It could be an out of date payment card.
