    Cant buy from Xbox Store


    When I try to buy Nuketown Zombies for Black Ops 2, it says "You cannot use your account to buy this kind of games in Xbox.com. Make sure you order it from Xbox." If it is about Im underaged, how can I buy the game for my account from a 18+ aged persons
    account?

    i am trying to buy a game from the xbox store but it says my settings are set to that i cant buy games from the store and i cant change the settings as i dont have a parental account please help!???!???!!!!!!!

    Hi.

    If your account is part of a family account on your Xbox, then it is up to the owner of the parent account. That person can purchase any adult content and the DLC will be shared with all accounts on the console, as long as the console is assigned as their accounts'
    Home Xbox.

    Alternatively, the parent can remove your account from the family and provide you with the appropriate credit card details if that's what they wish to do.

    purchasing info site     to be sure everything is set up.
    yes that is correct and i have used it before so it should work perfect but the i keep getting the same message from the store when i try to buy the game something whent wrong please try again later
