    I can't give you money. I would hope somebody is working on this issue. My Xbox1 keeps saying, "Check your internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the store."

    Whenever i try to get any game on xbox, it keeps saying "sorry your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your xbox" I keep trying to get the game on the xbox but it seems to think that im on the
    website. But when i go to the website to buy it, it says the opposite and says that i need to finish the transaction on the Xbox console

    I am also experiencing the same problem i am on my xbox and try to buy LEGO Star Wars: TCS and it says the exact same thing i am using my account that is a child account but i also used the other and it said the same thing. Any fixes for this issue?

    i've had this same issue i talked with someone at microsoft support and they told me give it 24 hours, the problem is i can purchase something anywhere else just so long as it apparently doesnt involve microsoft. which is strange considering thats where
    most of my purchases are.

    You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

    Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace

    unable to purchase dlc / videos with ms points

    My issue is still unresolved it has been escalated twice, have not heard anything from XBox via email since Sunday, can't use points, can't download anything that costs points. Fix this or in the very least, put up a status update with what is happening!
    I am so frustrated cannot buy anything either through the console or the XBox Live marketplace website. This is a cruel Joke.

    Had the same problem after buying the season pass. You can't download it from xbox.com the only way to get it if it doesn't automatically download it after buying the season pass is to manually download from the marketplace on the actual console. Go to marketplace
    find Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare, scroll over to add-ons, select the 3 little dots at the bottom to see more add-ons vuala! Atlas Gorge will be there just select install and it will be available if you purchased the season pass.
