    I couldn't see an option for PayPal. Would be happy to link that instead of a credit card. Do you set this up through your account?

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you are trying to purchase a DLC for the game Assassin's Creed. Unfortunately it looks like you're unable to purchase the DLC due to this error, what we recommend doing is Contacting

    Your account should be in the same region as your physical location to make that purchase.

    A few questions. Do you have a valid credit card on file to purchase games and content? Have you checked to make sure the purchase is available in your region?

    They probably make more money from people buying the dlc, you can't rent/trade dlc.
