    okay so I have the ultimate game pass and through that, I have EA access so I downloaded the sims 4 and I wanted to buy a stuff pack but when I go through the game, I get: "you cannot buy or download because of how your account is set up"; however, I can
    buy the stuff pack through the Microsoft store? any reason or explanation for this?

    yes you can buy the DLC in the microsoft store and it will work

    You can buy anything in xbox store or Microsoft online store. Games, movies, apps, DLCs and many other things. Be aware, gift cards, once redeemed, expire in 3 months. And things must be bought with your account. Another thing. You can use money from gift
    cards to buy someone a gift.

    im Buying with Credit Card, and the errors is the same as regular....i had 2300MP before the problem showed up. and tryed to buy a DLC, but when i started Black ops. going to Multiplayer. and then Store.. then none DLC's. themes or anything showd up...

    so now i cant buy anymore on this account :(

    if the Problem cant be solved...

    if the problem can be fixed i woud be very HAPPY :)

    Buying points directly is not possible, what you can do is exchange your points for money from Xbox Live or Microsoft Store and use it to buy the DLC you want.
