Can't buy digital games from store ?

hi guys, anyone can help me... i can't buy digital games from the store !

any game i choose in the store, after that nothing happens only a blank screen with my gamer icon up left screen ?

no purchase game no pictures no trailers no info, no reviews, nothing

can't buy game from Xbox store

I tried buying games from the Xbox store but it wouldn't let me use my debit card...I called my bank and there is nothing wrong with my card so I don't understand how come I can't buy anything... I've used that card before to buy games from the store...
Please fix this problem

And that is why I only buy digital straight from the Microsoft Store or Amazon's digital store.

Hi! did you try to perform a complete reboot or a power cycle with cache cleaning?

i did but didn't fix the problem, it was working fine before and i even bought monster hunter world digitally a while ago !

ok now problem is solved after resetting the console couple of times.
so anyone having the same problem just do that
