    Can't buy content from the store even with full connection


    I have been trying to buy a DLC since yesterday afternoon but every time i click "Buy" it tells me to check my connection even though i am clearly on Xbox live. and was even able to download a game from it.

    same thing with me

    i've removed the credits card info from my account..now i can't even but anything

    i even return the credit info to buy stuff from windows phone 8 store..but i can't buy anything

    I keep getting disconnected every 5 seconds and nothing in the store

    I get disconnected every 5 seconds (internet is fine - full bars) also I attempted to buy something from the store and there was no content on any topic. Please help me

    You can't use the money on the account to buy hardware. It can only be used to purchase content from the XBL marketplace. You'll need to buy the cable from a store.

    I looked on steam and I can't seem to find it. When I go to the microsoft store the one that they offer is full price. Does that mean I would have to buy it full price again just to be able to connect with xbox? If so it's not worth it.

    So you assume the people who have full access to all of the Xbox Live content would need your code? Did the store you bought it from even activate it?
