Can't buy coins in Bingo

Discus and support Can't buy coins in Bingo in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't seem to buy coins. I get a error code. I was able to buy something in the windows store.     Can't buy coins in Bingo


    I can't seem to buy coins. I get a error code. I was able to buy something in the windows store. So it seems to be with the game or xbox. Any help would be great.

    Bingo

    Now since three weeks, I can't receive free coins and free tickets. I suggest to all people who play bingo: don't buy ticket and coins. YOu will lost your money.

    COINS DISAPPEARING!!!

    Bingo keeps stealing my COINS! I did not BUY anything with the COINS!! More than 70 COINS HAVE DISAPPEARED. Every game of Bingo that I have played COINS DISAPPEAR from My COINS in RANDOM AMOUNTS!!! I have lost count of the COINS AFTER 70 COINS
    DISAPPEARED!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

    I'm having the same issue with Microsoft Bingo. I have attempted to purchase the 200 coin pack and it has charged my accounts I used for payment both times but it hasn't given me the coins! I can't find a way to contact them either.

    I too have been unable to buy coins and it really ticks me off. I have lost a lot of faith in Microsoft if they can't handle a simple thing like bingo. I couldn't even log on for days at a time. My laptop is old and I am thinking it is time to switch to
