Cant buy backwards compatible game

When i try buy Destroy All Humans on the Xbox One store i get an error message when i lick see price "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please
complete this transaction from your Xbox." But i am on my Xbox One. So i tried it on Xbox.com and i get the same error ofc, I thought it may be something to do with parental controls but they wouldn't stop me from buying anything there are all basically the
highest they can be.

Anyone have any idea??

Unable to Download 360 Information

Hi I'm a new xbox one user and I bought i for the new backwards compatible games, however when I try to purchase a backwards compatible game it says "You have no valid payment options on file". I have tried my credit card and xbox live cards and the same
message pops up. When I try and buy the backwards compatible games from my xbox one directly the game says "bundle only" and when i click on it it says it cant find it. Please let me know how to solve this.

Here is the list of backward-compatible games. Before to buy games for X360, make sure they are compatible.

 

Check account.xbox.com/settings to see if everything is setup the way it should be.

 

You might want to check your settings to see what is preventing it from purchasing. Make sure your region is set to which country you are really in.

 

If you're on a child account, you would have to make the purchase on a 360 console.
