    You can't buy a gift card with a gift card. You would use the funds to buy something through Xbox/Microsoft.

    Thanks for getting back to us. From the image you provided, I can see that you're trying to buy the version that would be for your own account. If you're thinking about purchasing Xbox Live Gold subscription as
    a gift to someone I suggest for you to look into our

    Xbox Live Gold Membership (Digital Code).

    This one will end up sending you the25-digit prepaid Xbox Live Gold subscription code to you email and from there you can forward that to whom you like to gift it too.

    As far as I know you can only buy games as gifts. If you want to buy Gold, buy a physical card or a code from an online retailer. :)
