    Can't buy anything


    Anytime I try to buy anything on my xbox, laptop, or Xbox app on my phone it says to contact Xbox support. I contacted them and they said it was a 72 hour block because of the recent weird purchases on my account. I only bought one thing this month and nobody
    else has my account it would tell me if I bought something else. I was trying to use the money on my account to buy a camo on a game and I have enough for the camo plus tax. I even tried using my card and it wouldn't go through. It just kept saying contact
    support. Anyway when I contacted them they said I would get an email the next day to fix the problem. Two days later no email so I called support and the lady on the phone was trying to figure out the problem and she just hung up on me after 10 minutes of
    being silent. I have used Microsoft products and Xbox services for over 8 years and never had this much of a problem or disrespect. I thought the support team was there to help. It's been 3 days and I haven't received help.

    Yes there is an issue with the payments / subscriptions I suspect . I am trying to buy gold but it is saying the problem is their end and to wait . I am getting the same issue on my other Xbox when I enter the purchase screen also

    If you've been working with the phone team with this issue, it's best to continue working with them for resolution. We're unable to assist with billing or account related issues like this over the forums. It's best to give it the full 72hrs to see if the

    Before you do please register billing info and enable reoccuring purchases and online transactions

    This should help

    Keep in mind when you buy prepaid visas you are playing Russian roulette with your wallet

    You might as well drop it with whatever balance you had and pray noone takes it thats how bad they are

    One they arent meant for reoccuring purchases and even then the fees are horrible

    2 you have a 50/50 chance of getting one to work with online services

    Visa vanilla seems best

    Billing support could help you but as mentioned its a roll of a dice
