Can't buy anything

Hi! I've been trying to get some free stuff on the xbox one and it says "You have no valid payment options on file". I've added both my credit card and my paypal accounts but I keep getting the message even if the item is not free. I've also tried
purchasing from both the website and the console... Any idea on how to solve this issue? Thank you!

If you've been working with the phone team with this issue, it's best to continue working with them for resolution. We're unable to assist with billing or account related issues like this over the forums. It's best to give it the full 72hrs to see if the
issue is resolved. If not, you'll want to contact the phone team again. Let us know how it goes!

Are these Xbox 360 Games with Gold?

If you have an Xbox 360 still, try making the 'purchase' of free items there, then on Xbox One look under Ready to Install in My Games & Apps and you should find the games.

Yes there is an issue with the payments / subscriptions I suspect . I am trying to buy gold but it is saying the problem is their end and to wait . I am getting the same issue on my other Xbox when I enter the purchase screen also

Before you do please register billing info and enable reoccuring purchases and online transactions

This should help

Keep in mind when you buy prepaid visas you are playing Russian roulette with your wallet

You might as well drop it with whatever balance you had and pray noone takes it thats how bad they are

One they arent meant for reoccuring purchases and even then the fees are horrible

2 you have a 50/50 chance of getting one to work with online services

Visa vanilla seems best

Billing support could help you but as mentioned its a roll of a dice
