Ok, just for future reference currency cards purchased can only be used in the region they were purchased in. For example, if you purchase the card from the US your account must be set to US in order to use the amount.

Now, if you are trying to purchase items from the website you will not be able to use the currency on the account. You can only use it from the console. But be aware that some items are region locked and you may not be able to download them once purchased.

Finally, please remember that you will not be able to change your account back to your region for 90 days.

As the topic says, I'm getting stuck on a loading screen after pressing the 'Get Now for $59.99' button in the Xbox Marketplace when attempting to buy a game. This is happening on the Console, the Smart Glass app and even on the Xbox one strore online (on
web browser). Tried with various games, they all do the same.

After a while the web browser page returns the following:

Same thing here, according to
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status purchasing is the only thing not affected by the outage but thats clearly not the case
