Can't buy anything

I bought a 12.990 HUF prepaid card, redeemed it, but i can't buy anything on my console and on xbox.com.

if i try to buy something it says: "You have no valid payment options on file."

Regarding this, you will need to add a payment instrument only for verification purposes. Since this is for an Xbox 360 console, the system requires you to add a credit card to verify your account that is making a purchase. You may also try to update your
billing information first and see if this would make you purchase your content even without adding a credit card.

Yes there is an issue with the payments / subscriptions I suspect . I am trying to buy gold but it is saying the problem is their end and to wait . I am getting the same issue on my other Xbox when I enter the purchase screen also

Before you do please register billing info and enable reoccuring purchases and online transactions

Keep in mind when you buy prepaid visas you are playing Russian roulette with your wallet

You might as well drop it with whatever balance you had and pray noone takes it thats how bad they are

One they arent meant for reoccuring purchases and even then the fees are horrible

2 you have a 50/50 chance of getting one to work with online services

Visa vanilla seems best

Billing support could help you but as mentioned its a roll of a dice
