Discus and support can't buy anything in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hi i recently got a call from the manager at the escalations department saying my zeus swerve account has security risks on it so i cannot buy...     hi i recently got a call from the manager at the escalations department saying my zeus swerve account has security risks on it so i cannot buy anything, but even if i make a new account and try to buy something for example on my account it won't
    let me buy anything on there.

    If you've been working with the phone team with this issue, it's best to continue working with them for resolution. We're unable to assist with billing or account related issues like this over the forums. It's best to give it the full 72hrs to see if the
    issue is resolved. If not, you'll want to contact the phone team again. Let us know how it goes!

    does your physical location match the region on your account?

    And does the payment options region match the region on the account?

    Let us know the results, so we can try to determine a possible cause

    yes everything matches i also called xbox on sunday and the agent said they will get back to me monday, they said that the system says my device is banned or my credit card is banned, this is really wierd i have no idea what is going on. and by the way xbox
    has the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER.

    In that case I advise you to try Xbox Support again, if you contacted them you should have a reference number, which they can use to take a look at earlier information.

    Since it does seem something Xbox Support will need to check/solved.

    Yes there is an issue with the payments / subscriptions I suspect . I am trying to buy gold but it is saying the problem is their end and to wait . I am getting the same issue on my other Xbox when I enter the purchase screen also

    I Can't Buy Anything

    Before you do please register billing info and enable reoccuring purchases and online transactions

    This should help

    Keep in mind when you buy prepaid visas you are playing Russian roulette with your wallet

    You might as well drop it with whatever balance you had and pray noone takes it thats how bad they are

    One they arent meant for reoccuring purchases and even then the fees are horrible

    2 you have a 50/50 chance of getting one to work with online services

    Visa vanilla seems best

    Billing support could help you but as mentioned its a roll of a dice
