Can't Buy Anything With Paypal

I have been recieving error messages every time i try to iuse my paypal to buy things. I bought a month membership with it fine and still had monery on it so i decided to buy Tiny Tina dlc for Borderlands 2. I click buy and it said that the payment could
not go through or sometjhing. then it saysd that this cant be bought as of now. What the heck? I have enough money in my paypal for the dlc. Whats happening?

Hello i have the same Problem. Can't buy anything from the Store. All my Payment Options disapeared. I'm from Germany. Pre-ordered Games still are preordered with my Payment Options for example with Paypal but i can't buy anything new. And i can't add
a new Payment Options.

 

Sorry to be the one to tell you this but paypal and microsoft no longer work together.

try some other form of payment and if that still doesn't work get a hold of the billing department.

Paypal still works, sometimes, yes, it may appear as already attached to your Microsoft account when you look into " commerce.microsoft.com" or at "billing.xbox.com", however, it goes into a "Pending" status when the information you laid down for it, does
not match the information you have at your bank. If that's the case, try removing and re-entering your Paypal account details.

If that doesn't cure it, you may need to contact Support, if still the troubleshooting steps provided by Support doesn't work, then that's the time you may have to contact your bank.
