Cant Buy anything on the xbox store

Plz Hep me out guys so i bought a xbox one card to buy games which is a $25 card. now i got on my xbox one went to play some advance warfare to buy the havoc dlc which is $15.But When ever i go try to buy it,it says Buy This tomorrow and stuff like you have
reached your limit on buying things of the xbox store. so i wait till the next day and went to buy it again so it said the something then i waited again and went to buy it but that same thing happened and i thought it was a glitch i waited again and the same
thing happened so i went to the xbox store and tried to buy another game to see if it was only on advance warfare not working so i went to buy mine craft which is $20 and it said the same thing. now i don't know what to do, I'm on an adult account, i check
my wallet and it says i have $25 Microsoft dollars but i don't see the problem so now i need your guys help plz help me out.

What is the particular error message that you get when you try to purchase something? Can you provide us with screenshots of the error on console and/or Xbox.com? Does this happen when you try to purchase anything or something specific?

We need a whole bunch more information before we know which directly to look.

Cant buy anything on Xbox Store

I haven't been able to buy anything on the Xbox Store. Whenever I click to buy it I get an error message. I've tried it on my Xbox, phone, tablet, PC but they all get error messages when I try to buy something.

What's going on?

The exact same thing happened to me it wont let me buy the dlc it says i have to wait a day

 

Happening to me to? And of you find a fix?

 

Same thing with me, i just really want to buy the Havoc DLC for AW but it says the same message very single time. >.<

Hi all I have just got this working, I hope it works for you guys, I have been online with Xbox Chat and all you need to do is log into your xbox live account and update your billing information, then save it, after that it worked straight away for me
