Cant buy anything on the xbox one stuck at 'working'

ok so when i trie to buy something(it doesnt work with all games and add ons)i choose the buy option and it says working and never does anything else!!my internet connection is fine and i have money in my account what do i do if anyone knows??

0x800706ba ERROR

My xbox one S was working just fine. I exited hulu and went to play a game. Suddenly, it went from opening screen to black over and over as if it were stuck. i got the error code, shut off the system and now, i literally cant do anything without it popping
up. I cant even play or watch anything. Not even sign in. WTH?????

Im not paying £240, i might as well buy a new xbox but i cant get a hold of one at the moment so im stuck with this hot garbage , my guess theres a mechanical issue with the fan or the vapor chamber, im on the menu of a game and its outputting a ton of heat
wihtout me actually playing anything

It worked, But I cant log in to my account, It wouldnt say anything about an error the textbox for the password and username just turns grey and gets stuck.

Ok, just for future reference currency cards purchased can only be used in the region they were purchased in. For example, if you purchase the card from the US your account must be set to US in order to use the amount.

Now, if you are trying to purchase items from the website you will not be able to use the currency on the account. You can only use it from the console. But be aware that some items are region locked and you may not be able to download them once purchased.

Finally, please remember that you will not be able to change your account back to your region for 90 days.
