Can't Buy anything on the store

Hey,

So I bought the EA Access thing to get the 10% en Fifa but I can't buy it... I tried Gift Card and it doesn't work.. I tried with Paypal, debit card, credit card.. Through xbox one, Mac osx, windows 10, windows 8.1, Android..

So now I got this EA Access but not the game I wanted.. What should I do? I tried calling but after 30min waiting they hang up.

Entonces ya tengo ese EA Access pero no el juego que queria, que puedo hacer? Intente marcar pero me dejan 30 min en espera y cuelgan.

i can't buy anything in the store

recently i moved to another country and i put 60 euro's on my account ( in that other country ) but now i cannot buy anything in the store.

Intente pero me dijeron que eran de Windows and Office y que no podían hacer nada. Me pasaron uno supuestamente para Xbox pero no funcionó y resulte aquí.
