    Can't buy anything on the Avatar Marketplace


    I've been wanting to buy a few things off the avatar marketplace for a while but it won't allow me to use any of the payment methods available on my account. I have $13.78 in my Microsoft Account left over from gift cards and a credit card. However, when
    I go to purchase the item, it gives me a message saying that no payment methods are registered, at least, that's what Google Translate says. I've been stationed in Japan and I had to change my region to be able to buy things on the marketplace. I've been able
    to download different games and apps just fine from my Xbox One, but it won't work on my laptop. Any explanations and some helpful advise would be very much appreciated.

    On the online marketplace for PC, I bought Halo Reach and Halo 3, but now i can't buy anything else. I'm trying to buy outfits for my avatar and themes but I can't.

    i have the exact same problem. I will never buy anything from the Avatar Marketplace again because of it either. I also have slim and freezing issues. The whole dashboard can lag and freeze but Avatar Marketplace always fails.

    You can't use anything for a gamer picture other than the icons that came with your Xbox, the ones available on the marketplace, or the the ones you create with your avatar in the avatar editor.

    Never mind. It's probably helpful to save the avatar, then buy avatar marketplace items. If you don't save the avatar when, for example, you swap the gender of your avatar everything will be available to purchase from the avatar marketplace, except for the
