Cant buy anything in store on xbox one with paypal!

Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post, i just dident know where to post it else.

So the story is everytime if i want to buy something in the store or through a in game menu it doesnt work it just fails. I seem to have my paypal account linked to my gaming profile but it allways says that there is a temporarily problem and have to check
back later? It also said it could not authorize something... (fail message in gears of war 4)

Can xbox please contact me on this and how to fix this?

Hey there!

What is the particular error message that you get when you try to purchase something? Can you provide us with screenshots of the error on console and/or Xbox.com? Does this happen when you try to purchase anything or something specific?

We need a whole bunch more information before we know which directly to look.
