    Cant buy anything from xbox one store


    Everytime i try and buy something off of the store or on xbox.com it will sit there for like 5 minutes and do nothing then send me this "check your internet connection and try again we couldn't connect to the store". It's not my Internet it runs fine. I've
    deleted and recovered my account. hard reset console, reset router and modem and it still does this and im unable to buy anything.

    Hey there!

    What is the particular error message that you get when you try to purchase something? Can you provide us with screenshots of the error on console and/or Xbox.com? Does this happen when you try to purchase anything or something specific?

    We need a whole bunch more information before we know which directly to look. Cant buy anything from xbox one store :)

    Hi all I have just got this working, I hope it works for you guys, I have been online with Xbox Chat and all you need to do is log into your xbox live account and update your billing information, then save it, after that it worked straight away for me
