Can't buy anything from the Store

When I try to Buy something from the Store it says that I should try later but it doesn't work. I already restarted the Xbox completely but it still won't work.

I have the same problem and tried to buy remotely from my pc but get the same message when introducing my paying details. I checked that my country and zone are ok. Seems to be a Microsoft problem and hasnt been solved yet

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with completing purchases on the Store from your console.

There were reports of individuals experiencing difficulties with navigating the store recently, but as per the

Xbox Support twitter page, this has all been resolved.

I would recommend completing your purchase off the Xbox website and then
remotely installing or just installing from your console as the content you have purchased should be showing up, unless its in-game currency.

I've had this issue a couple of times and it's usually one of the following:

A problem from Microsoft's end, Xbox Live might be having some issues in which case you should check

here to make sure all services are up and if they are, wait for a bit before trying again.
Problems with your payment processor. It could be anything from insufficient funds at your bank to just network issues on their end.
If you have an outstanding payment on your account; so for example, if Xbox Live Gold is supposed to auto-renew today and the payment couldn't go through, unless you clear that payment you won't be able to purchase anything on the Xbox Store.
Try using another device. Sometimes I'm able to purchase stuff from the Xbox App on my phone but not on my Xbox One S or vice-versa. So try purchasing from your computer, the Microsoft store website or somewhere else and see if the issue persists.
