Can't buy anything from the store

Honestly, i'm almost giving up.

Everything's fine with my account, no problems with my bank, and still xbox live says my info is incorrect when it clearly isn't.

Trying for more than a month now. It's the same card i renewed my gold a while ago. Everything is ok with it or it wouldn't be able to renew Live at all to begin with.

Already lost three good deals because i kept waiting 48 hours after 48 hours thinking it could be a block for too many attempts but it never was. For pete's sake i want to
buy stuff, why it's so hard to spend money with you guys.

Can't buy anything from the AVATAR STORE -

So the thing is that: I have no problems with buying games and so, but it won't let me buy anything to my avatar.

Why and how should I fix this?

Help, can't buy anything from Store!

Im trying to buy EA Acces for 1 month. Whenever I try to buy it, it says "Try this again. We have found a problem. A little wait might help". (Im finnish so I cant translate it perfectly."

It says an error code. mI/L/o7tr0SXV1QS.1.1.4.11

When I went to check the Live internet, it said on apps "Xbox One: NAT GEO TV". I need help asap, please.

whenever you are experiencing billing/payment issues it's best to contact Xbox Support (By Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) both options are available at
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Xbox Support should be able to take an in depth look on what could be causing these issues.

Already used this support option you linked me and posting here was the last solution they gave me.

Still no solution, and i bought tons of other stuff with my card since the post - it's working and working well so i don't understand why of all places i can't use it to buy anything for my xbox anymore (again, the same card i used to renew my live a month
ago so it's not like its not supported by it or anything - it worked then, why it cant work now?)

I have the same problem and tried to buy remotely from my pc but get the same message when introducing my paying details. I checked that my country and zone are ok. Seems to be a Microsoft problem and hasnt been solved yet

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with completing purchases on the Store from your console.

There were reports of individuals experiencing difficulties with navigating the store recently, but as per the

Xbox Support twitter page, this has all been resolved.

I would recommend completing your purchase off the Xbox website and then
remotely installing or just installing from your console as the content you have purchased should be showing up, unless its in-game currency.

I've had this issue a couple of times and it's usually one of the following:

A problem from Microsoft's end, Xbox Live might be having some issues in which case you should check

here to make sure all services are up and if they are, wait for a bit before trying again.
Problems with your payment processor. It could be anything from insufficient funds at your bank to just network issues on their end.
If you have an outstanding payment on your account; so for example, if Xbox Live Gold is supposed to auto-renew today and the payment couldn't go through, unless you clear that payment you won't be able to purchase anything on the Xbox Store.
Try using another device. Sometimes I'm able to purchase stuff from the Xbox App on my phone but not on my Xbox One S or vice-versa. So try purchasing from your computer, the Microsoft store website or somewhere else and see if the issue persists.
