Can’t buy anything because of my location

I live in a country with the Xbox doesn’t have or it doesn’t show when I want to set the system location to my home country, therefore I can’t add a credit card to my account. I thought I got past this problem by going to the Microsoft page on my iPad and
entered the info no problem and in payment options it said that I had a credit card added to the account, however when I wanted to buy a game (rocket league) it said “add a payment option” when I already had one but when I tried to add it again I couldn’t
because my country doesn’t show up? *sidenote* I do have a house in Spain which the Xbox does have I think so do I have to use that afresh instead? ASAP

Sorry to hear it. Let's try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then do a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps
so you won't need to reinstall them.

I would change the console location to Spain with your address. Your credit card details need to match that address as well I believe.

You can only change your location once every 3 months.

 

Yeah,your account,billing & actual location must all be the same or you will run into issues.

If you live in a country that doesn't support xbox live there's not much you can do.
