Can't buy anything although my account is fully unlocked.

Change your settings to allow purchases
Your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content. If you still want to buy this, first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children.
This is the error I get when trying to purchase something. It told me to check my settings and change 'Allow free or paid downloads' to 'Anything' and it was on anything when I looked at it. Never had this problem till I got my Xbox One. Help?

Question about My profile being Hacked

Sooo, just an update.

I called them today...you were right, that was a Case number.

They said that my account is only partially locked. (I can't buy stuff/download stuff)

They said in a little while, my account will be fully locked for during the investigation (I can't use it at all)

I'm really hoping this doesn't take 3 months like some of you :/

--although, I do have friends/brothers accounts to play on

Cant buy anything on xbox live

I havent been able to buy anythin on xbox live for a while now and i really want to buy Saints Row 4 that is on sale. I cant buy anything although everythin on my account is set properly.

try Change your Settings to anything different, then back to anything and redownload your gamertag to your console. it may happen data sync didnt work fine.

The cash won't unlock anything man, you need to farm the races for that.. or do your 150 odd competitive races if that's your thing. However once you've unlocked everything, you can buy their *cash to buy everything you unlocked can't you.

I am a game development student, and we have an assignment to create a JavaScript file for a character that can act independently, like a mob. Unfortunately, my account is locked, and despite my attempts to get a response, I haven’t received any valid replies or solutions.

I need to unlock my account as soon as possible so I can complete my assignment and avoid failing the subject. Submitting an incomplete file (80%) won’t work since it needs to be fully functional. I have the skills to create my own game, but I can't do anything until my account is unlocked.

If there is any way to unlock my account other than the standard form (which I have already submitted over a week ago), please let me know. I can’t afford to wait any longer. Thank you.
