    Can’t buy anymore games after I try to get a refund and it doesn’t work


    I go to buy AOT 2 but I mistakenly buy just the AOT and I go to refund it through the Microsoft refund thing and then I go to proceed to buy the actual one I want, a little bit later and then the next morning and I was trying to buy the the one one wanted AOT 2 but it has this pop up saying oops sorry not sure what happened here please try again later and that has happened for two day now I’ve tried Turing it off and no reseting it but nothing is working

    Hello Elijah, you after you get the refund this error only happens with the attempt to purchase this particular game or tried to make other purchases and also failed.

    You've also tried browser change to see if you can make the purchase, because at this point live servers show no problem for in-store purchases. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
