Can't buy any games

I have a pre paid Visa card that I intended to buy a few games with, but the expiration date goes past 2020 so I can't use it from the Xbox. I went to the website to try and buy the game online but my account is a child account so I'm unable to buy the
game from the website also....I also don't have access to my payment method with this account so I can't add the card then buy it from the xbox. I have an adult account that keeps track of this one but how do I buy this game because I'm out of ideas.

If you have a prepaid visa card register it under a name, if you cannot get the expiration date on the card contact phone support and ask them to add it for you.

The other thing with pre-paid cards like that are that they will only work with Xbox Live if you are allowed to use them for international purposes; if not, the card will not work, regardless of whether you could get the right expiration date.

I can't buy and games. I just check a month ago and said I have ten dollars on it. So I though of buying Apocz the indie game and it said to add payment to my account.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to do a Purchase.

After that try to purchase the item on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and payment option all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too. If you can't find
anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

I think there is a server problem because I can't buy any games right now. Can't purchase on the Xbox or the website.

Yeah, don't buy any games for the camera that devs are supposed to be making games for, you know for the peripheral you have no choice in owning if you buy the console and can't pack away...don't buy any games that utilize the camera. Just use it to watch
tv and skype.
