    Cant buy any game


    Tried to buy some games but "can't authorize the selected payment option. please select a different payment option or add a new one or check if the bill adress is correct" I checked everything, xbox live status is alright, my bill adress is correct,
    talked with someone of my bank and still nothing. also cheked with another credit card and still nothing. I bought a game days ago, how is this possible? :/ pls help and thanks

    i cant buy any games

    i got a windows phone and it has Xbox live. I am only a silver member. Ok so I bought a Xbox live card and I have 1600 Microsoft points but I can't buy any games. It keeps telling me I need to add a credit card! Shouldn't I be able to buy a game with just
    the Microsoft points?

    Hello

    Right now you can't.

    You need to use a credit card (or a bank card that can be processed as a credit card).

    You can make a purchase using the Zune application on a PC or from the Marketplace application on the phone.

    In my experience, buying games directly from the xbox itself can be a little shaky. Not all the time though, but many times, I have run into issues.

    To be on the safer side, I simply buy the games, either on the phone, or from the edge browser on xbox itself, directly from the online xbox.com site.

    So, you can wait it out (while the store sorts itself out) or just do it from the website.

    I just heard of some one with the same problem while trying using a VISA card, does that mark any sense ?
