Cant buy Addons for Final Fantasy XIII-2

So I just made a Microsoft accoutn ,I got access and everything.

I have a Virtual Visa Debit Card, and a Paypal Registered with Xbox.com, but when I try to purchase addons for FFXIII-2, it says there are no Payment options avaliable...

Whats going on? O-o Plz help >-<

It wont work from teh Console or the Site.

Have you tried following this guide on how to set up a method of payment on Xbox live?

support.xbox.com/.../add-xbox-live-payment-option

If you have not done so, please follow the steps listed above and remember that a payment option can only be added to an account that is associated with XboxLive. So if the current account you used to post on this forum is not your main XboxLive account, make
sure you sign in with that one when trying to add payment options.

Please let us know.

 

I have set up the payment info in my online (Webpage) already, but when I try the Xbox 360 steps, It says "Cannot perform this action Right Now. Please Try again Later."

But when I try to purchase the content directly from 'Extras' on the console, It says Your Credit Card info could not be retrived, But this item with money in your Microsoft account.

 

Unless it takes time for Microsoft to register the payment options in their database, thats the only thing that I can think of thats going wrong...

Is it a glitch with Xbox itself maybe? I heard that the site recently switched over, but I would really appreciate it if this was fixed quickly.

It seems I cannot 'get' any 'free' content either, as it returns the same problem. No Payment Options detected.

The region of the card/Paypal has to match your Live accounts region XD

 

Hmm, Some things wont work for some reason. It says that the current payment option cant be authorized, and I need to use something else... It was working fine for other items though :\

 

Unless your physical region matches your account region you're going to continue having these issues. I suggest you migrate your account to the region you actually live in.

 

Already did. Thats how I got it partially working the first time...
