    Can't buy a realm with my xbox account.


    Hi, I've been trying to purchase a minecraft realm on my xbox one for a week now now and it keeps give me the same response. "Sorry, were unable to complete your realm purchase. Maybe check your internet connection.". I've cleared my mac address and reinstalled
    the game even switch my connection. I don't know what to do to fix this.

    It is also when I try to purchase anything in the minecraft store. I can join online games just fine. I have sent in a ticket with mojang support but no reply on the subject has been given.
