    I recently bought a , £16 code for xbox one but I can not buy cod 2 because it says you can not use Microsoft points to buy. Is there any way I can change this ?

    I tried to buy skate 3 for the xbox one. My xbox says I can't pay for the game using my Microsoft account balance. I don't have a credit card so how do I fix this?

    in this case I would advise to contact official Xbox Support via Phone (or Microsoft Support Chat). They are the only ones that can assist with payment/billing issues.

    In order to use the funds on your account to purchase 360 content, you have to make the purchase on 360 console.

    You can use it for Xbox One content. Or if you have a friend that still has a 360, make the purchase on their console.

    The store on the One/website are set up differently than the 360 store. They don't recognize your Microsoft account balance as a valid payment option for 360 content. You would have to make the purchase on a 360 console in order to use your balance.
