    Can't buy a game with my giftcard money on Turkish store


    Hi everyone

    I want to buy a game with my giftcard money on Turkish store. Codes have been redeem without problem and i even buy 1 or 2 games. But since yesterday it's impossible (on pc or xbox one). It gaves me the message "contact Microsoft". What could i do and what
    is the probleme ?

    Can't use my Xbox live prepaid money

    I purchased a giftcard from a store and I redeemed it on my computer. While I try to get Fifa15, I can't change my payment option to the prepaid money it is still purchasing with my credit card! Can someone help me?

    I have enough money on my microsoft account, added with giftcards, but when I want to buy fifa points I cant buy them but need to add my creditcard.

    Can I buy the points without creditcard?

    You can manage your Xbox Live payment options online. This page shows you how to add a new payment option, replace an existing one, or remove an old one.

    Payment options include:

    • Credit cards
    • Prepaid credit cards
    • Debit cards (not available in all regions)
    • PayPal accounts (not available in all regions)
    • Direct debit (Germany only)

    Thx for this but the problem remains the same. I bought a game few days ago without problem like i always do but this time i cant even use the money that i have on my account. That's not fair and i cant fix this. Can't buy a game with my giftcard money on Turkish store :(

    Manage your payment options online     and make sure that your Billing information is up to date. If the issue persists I recommend
    Contacting Xbox Customer Support to take a look into you payment options and see if there are any options available for you.

    From which store can I buy turkish lira currency to my xbox? I already searched everywhere?

    And just to make sure, It's ok to use it (my finnish visa card) as PAYMENT METHOD for a turkish store, but it's not ok to buy from it?

    And can i buy games and play them from the turkish store normally without using a vpn? Cause i really didn't understand that point?
