Can't buy a game pass for the advertised price?

Hey guys,

I'd like to get a game pass ultimate as advertised for a 1€ deal like here, as of december 7th 2019: (german)

However, as soon as i click to enroll i get taken to the actual store page which only sells me the game passes for their regular prices:

I must say I feel falsely advertised to. Is there any actual way to buy the game pass for the advertised price? Thank you for your time.

if you at any Point in time had gamepass before (Trial or Paid) this offer is not available for you.

I am having the same issue, and when i contacted support they tell me that the promotion isn't available to all customers in the US, whats the point of having the promo posted on the xbox home page if we aren't able to use it? it clearly states for all
new subscribers of game pass ultimate

Hi Leo,

I do not have a game pass subscription. The qualifications at the bottom of the page list not being in Russia or Quebec and ''other exclusions'' which are nowhere to be found (easily). Where can I find a list of the ''other exclusions''?

had
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on your account? The promotion is not valid for existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, and other exclusions apply. The website that we provided explains more about the qualifications for the promotion at the bottom of the page.
We suggest reviewing the qualifications to make sure that your account qualifies. If the account does not meet the qualifications necessary to receive the promotion, then this would explain why your account is not being offered the promotional price. Be sure
to let us know the results!

Then why would it advertise? I am in Canada for a while, but they shouldn't advertise a product that I can't get. The person that I chatted with last night gave me this link and said that you were who I needed to speak with. I just want the product that
was advertised for the price that was advertised. I'm starting to get upset at being passed around from place to place to get a $7.50 game.
