    Cant buy a game from store


    Hi i tried to buy red dead redemption to my xbox one console. But every time i try it gets stuck and nothing happens and it says please try again later. I even whent to the microsoft store and it did not work there either. When i try to buy the game on
    microsoft store it should send a message code to my phone to procced to the purchase so i can get the game but nothing happends. I have checked the number and its the right one but still no code. What is it i do wrong? pls help me fix this problem.

    i am trying to buy a game from the xbox store but it says my settings are set to that i cant buy games from the store and i cant change the settings as i dont have a parental account please help!???!???!!!!!!!

    i cant buy a new game from xbox store why? for example i want to buy kingdoms of amalur reckoning..always error code alert..

    yes that is correct and i have used it before so it should work perfect but the i keep getting the same message from the store when i try to buy the game something whent wrong please try again later

    yes that is correct and i have used it before so it should work perfect but the i keep getting the same message from the store when i try to buy the game something whent wrong please try again later

    If your account is part of a family account on your Xbox, then it is up to the owner of the parent account. That person can purchase any adult content and the DLC will be shared with all accounts on the console, as long as the console is assigned as their accounts'
    Home Xbox.

    Alternatively, the parent can remove your account from the family and provide you with the appropriate credit card details if that's what they wish to do.
