cant buy a game for love or money helllpppppppppp

hello im getting well angry and im so stressed I think im going to explode.

im trying to buy gta5 now im connected by Ethernet I have my paypal account in I got gold live ,I can download a free game works and plays.

now I click to buy gta5 and it goes black square gets spinny thing then after a while comes out to click buy screen again , last week I could buy today I cant , this is annoying the hell out of me.

ive updated console still don't work , im getting well cheesed.

I have a question. I like to buy 1 Month of XBox Game pass BUT i cant buy it with my Money on My account. I dont have Paypal, Debitcard or something im only 13. How do i buy it with my money on my account (I had 3 month before it and had no money to buy
the next month after the 3 month now I have to pay something for not paying the month after the 3 month) my english is bad sorry guys

Yes Sir but it still dose not load ? i love minecarft but now i cant even play it or get my money back.Someone told me from microsoft that i had to buy a xbox live card so i go and buy one and it still dose not work.i payed $25.00 for noting but oh well
