I cant purchase the Free starter kit kraken edition beacue it says I own it already. But this starter kit is brand new within the week or so. Please help.

Trying to buy game that xbox thinks I own.

I'm trying to buy The shadows of Mordor GoTY Edition. Every time I try to buy it says I already own. I own the original game but I deleted it and it still won't let me buy. Is it because it's free play for the weekend?

mostly just to try to reinstall the whole game...

They werent usefull but they tried. At the time, however, I couldn't reinstall the game as a test, since I got a blue screen with every attempt

I cant get my DLC in the Game. It says I should buy this, I am redirected to the store which then tells me I already own this DLC

it does not say anything in the https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders but i did buy it cuz i can play bedrock but not java but i cant buy java cuz it says i already own it

Same here.i tried several times. The season pass purchase goes through. The telltale sign refreshes and says updating DLC. Then nothing. Can't install or play them. Says buy. Click on that. Says error user already owns content.....

Got tired of waiting to see if game pass would be the complete deal. Don't they realize season one is free anyways? Nothing free on gamepass lol .
